Ihre Aufgaben * Fachliche und organisatorische Führung des Teams Büro des Rektors / der Rektorin sowie Verantwortung für Personal-, Ressourcen- und Budgeteinsatz; * Strategische und operative Steuerung des Büros des Rektors / der Rektorin als zentrale Stabstelle der Universitätsleitung; * Koordination und Steuerung zentraler Universitätsentwicklungsprozesse, insbesondere Entwicklungsplan, Leistungsvereinbarung und Zielvereinbarungen; * Leitung und Umsetzung komplexer strategischer, organisatorischer und bereichsübergreifender (Sonder-)Projekte im Auftrag des Rektors / der Rektorin; * Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit universitären Gremien sowie Vertretung der Universität gegenüber Ministerien, Behörden und externen Partner*innen; * Beratung des Rektors / der Rektorin und universitärer Organisationseinheiten in Fragen der Universitätsentwicklung, Governance und Organisationsgestaltung; * Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Standards und digitalen Werkzeugen zur Unterstützung der Universitätssteuerung und Organisationsentwicklung.

Aufnahmebedingungen * Abgeschlossenes Studium (Universität oder FH)

Gewünschte Qualifikation * Fundierte Expertise in Hochschulmanagement, Universitätsentwicklung, Organisationsentwicklung, Governance und strategischer Planung; * Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Koordinationskompetenz sowie Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Mitarbeitenden, Projekten und komplexen Stakeholder-Strukturen; * Hohe Projektmanagementkompetenz einschließlich Termin-, Ressourcen-, Qualitäts- und Risikomanagement; * Fundierte Kenntnisse des österreichischen Hochschulsystems, des Universitätsgesetzes sowie universitärer Entscheidungs- und Steuerungsprozesse; * Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs- und Beratungskompetenz sowie sicheres Auftreten auf Managementebene; * Hohe Entscheidungsfähigkeit, strategisches Denkvermögen und wirtschaftliches Verständnis bei der Bearbeitung komplexer Fragestellungen; * Digitale Kompetenz, Eigeninitiative, Organisationsgeschick sowie ein hohes Maß an Loyalität und Diskretion; entsprechende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Wir bieten ein Jahresbruttogehalt auf Basis Vollzeit von € 52.865,40.
