Als Leitung des operativen Facility Managements steuern Sie die zentralen Facility-Management und Servicethemen für die österreichweiten Standorte der MediaPrint-Gruppe. Sie berichten direkt an die Bereichsleitung und sorgen dafür, dass Service Level, Leistungen, Kosten und Projekte verlässlich umgesetzt, dokumentiert und präzise berichtet werden. 1 LEITUNG FACILITY MANAGEMENT (W/M/X) IM BEREICH BETRIEBSSTEUERUNG 1190 / 1230 WIEN

DAS ERWARTET SIE BEI UNS:

Ihre Hauptaufgabe ist die fristgerechte, operative Umsetzung und Dokumentation von Betreiberpflichten, Arbeitnehmerschutz/H&S und Brandschutz für unsere österreichweiten Standorte

Dabei steuern Sie aktiv CAFM, Ticketing und Gebäudedokumentation, sowie infrastrukturelle FM Dienstleister und entwickeln Service Levels laufend weiter

Sie führen zwei FM-Koordinator:innen fachlich, setzen Prioritäten und stellen verlässliche Standards und Abläufe sicher

Die Leitung von FM Projekten (z.B. im Bereich Bau-, TGA- und Standort-Management) liegt von der Bedarfsklärung bis zur Abnahme und Dokumentation in Ihrer Verantwortung

Gemeinsam mit Procurement führen Sie Ausschreibungen durch, erstellen Leistungsbeschreibungen und Bewertungskriterien und begleiten Angebotsvergleich und Vergabe

Sie unterstützen Budgetplanung und Forecast, führen Leistungsabnahmen und Rechnungsprüfungen durch und erstellen aussagekräftige KPIs und Management-Reports

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT:

Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung sowie Ausbildung zum Brandschutzbeauftragten (BSB)

Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einer Position mit mehreren Standorten und praktische Erfahrung bei Betreiberpflichten, Arbeitnehmerschutz, Prüf- und Wartungspflichten sowie rechtssicherer Dokumentation

Erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams und Projektmanagementerfahrung in Bau-, TGA- oder FM-Projekten sowie gutes technisches Verständnis.

Ausgeprägtes wirtschaftliches Verständnis im Management Reporting einschließlich Erfahrung mit Budget, Rechnungsprüfung und Kennzahlen

Teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit strukturierter, eigenständiger und zuverlässiger Arbeitsweise sowie klare Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit

Wir bieten für diese Position ein Bruttomonatsgehalt ab € 4.100 - zzgl. einer erfolgsabhängigen, variablen Vergütung. Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt höher und wird entsprechend Ihrer Qualifikation und einschlägigen Erfahrung festgelegt.
