Zur Erweiterung unseres bereits bestehenden, engagierten Teams suchen wir Dich als: 1 Leitung Hofladen (m/w/d) Deine Mission

* Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung unseres Hofladens

* Führung, Unterstützung und Motivation eines Teams von rund 25 Mitarbeiter

* Personaleinsatzplanung und Organisation eines reibungslosen Tagesablaufs

* Laufende Verbesserung der Arbeitsabläufe und Prozesse

* Kompetente Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden

* Aktive Mitarbeit im Verkauf und Unterstützung des Teams im Tagesgeschäft

* Verantwortung für eine ansprechende Warenpräsentation

* Bedienung des Kassensystems sowie das Verpacken von Waren und Geschenken

* Einschulung und Begleitung neuer Mitarbeiter sowie unserer Lehrlinge

* Sicherstellung unserer hohen Qualitäts- und Servicestandards

Was du mitbringst

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel

* Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeiter

* Ausbilderprüfung für Lehrlinge von Vorteil

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und am Verkauf

* Freundliches, offenes und sicheres Auftreten

* Organisationstalent und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Belastbarkeit und einen kühlen Kopf - auch wenn es einmal hektisch wird

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität

* Hohe Kundenorientierung und Freude daran, gemeinsam mit dem Team erfolgreich zu sein

Vergütung

Die Entlohnung erfolgt nach dem Kollektivvertrag der Nahrungs- und Genussmittelindustrie. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung bieten wir selbstverständlich eine Überzahlung.
