* Gehalt Fachkraft: ab € 2.800,- brutto / Monat (Basis Vollzeit mit Ausbildung). Dein tatsächliches Gehalt richtet sich nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.

Dein Aufgabenbereich bei den JUFA Hotels:

* Teamleitung: Operative Leitung und Koordination des Reinigungsteams sowie Erstellung effizienter Dienstpläne

* Qualitätssicherung: Schulung der Mitarbeitenden sowie laufende Kontrolle der JUFA-Hotels-Qualitätsrichtlinien in allen Bereichen

* Materialwirtschaft: Verantwortung für die Lagerverwaltung sowie bedarfsgerechte Bestellung von Reinigungsmitteln

* Schnittstellen: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Rezeption und der Haustechnik zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Hotelbetriebs

* Operative Unterstützung: Tatkräftige Mithilfe im Reinigungsbereich bei hohem Gästeaufkommen oder Personalbedarf

Das bringst du für das JUFA-Hotels-Team mit:

* Qualifikation: Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Housekeeping, idealerweise im Umfeld der Hotellerie

* Führungskompetenz: Erste Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teams sowie eine saubere, verlässliche und wirtschaftliche Arbeitsweise

* Arbeitsweise: Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Organisationsstärke und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Persönlichkeit: Souveränes Auftreten, Belastbarkeit in Stoßzeiten und ein Auge für höchste Sauberkeitsstandards
