Deine neue tägliche Herausforderung im Detail:

* Du führst und entwickelst unser Instandhaltungsteam weiter und sorgst für eine effiziente Einsatzplanung.

* Du stellst die Verfügbarkeit, Betriebssicherheit und Energieeffizienz unserer Gebäude- und Anlagentechnik sicher.

* Du planst und steuerst Wartungen, Reparaturen, Störungsbehebungen und Bereitschaftsdienste.

* Du sorgst für die Einhaltung und Dokumentation aller gesetzlichen Prüf-, Arbeits-, Umwelt- und Brandschutzvorgaben.

* Du koordinierst externe Dienstleister und arbeitest eng mit unseren internen Fachbereichen zusammen.

* Du unterstützt bei Infrastrukturprojekten und behältst Budgets, Kosten und Ressourcen im Blick.

* Du stellst die Verfügbarkeit benötigter Materialien und Verbrauchsmittel sicher und optimierst die Lagerbestände.

Du bringst dich ausgezeichnet mit ein, weil...

* du eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, z. B. in Elektrotechnik, HKLS, Gebäudetechnik oder Facility Management, bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mitbringst.

* du über fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen HKLS, Elektro- und Gebäudetechnik sowie Brandschutz verfügst und mit den gesetzlichen Prüf- und Wartungspflichten vertraut bist.

* du Erfahrung in der Erstellung, Umsetzung und Koordination von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsplänen mitbringst.

* du sicher mit MS Office und CAFM-Systemen, z. B. LEXtool LC oder EMS-Tools, umgehen kannst.

* du Kenntnisse im Lager- und Bestandsmanagement mitbringst.

* du bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Instandhaltung gesammelt hast - idealerweise auch mit Führungsverantwortung.

Entlohnung:

2.947,89 € brutto pro Monat (Unsere attraktiven Gehaltsangebote orientieren sich am kollektivvertraglichen Mindestgehalt der metalltechnischen Industrie. Bringst du bereits mehr Expertise mit ein, honorieren wir das selbstverständlich mit einer angemessenen Überzahlung.)
