Voraussetzungen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Elementarpädagogin/zum Elementarpädagogen (BAfEP/Kolleg) oder

Anerkennung der elementarpädagogischen Ausbildung, die in einem EU-Land erworben wurde durch die MA 11: https://www.wien.gv.at/amtshelfer/wirtschaft/anerkennung/qualifikation/paedagogik/gleichstellungsverfahren.html

* Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Kindergarten/Hort in unterschiedlichen Gruppenformen

* Managementausbildung laut WKGG § 3a (abgeschlossen oder laufend)

* Fortbildungen in den Bereichen Kommunikation und Konfliktmanagement

* Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Kindergartens bzw. Hortes von Vorteil

* Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern und lösungsorientiertes Handeln

* Eine Haltung, den Kindern und Mitarbeiter:innen ein Umfeld zu bieten, in dem Auseinandersetzung mit Religion und kultureller Vielfalt möglich ist. Zugehörigkeit zu einer Religionsgemeinschaft ist keine Voraussetzung - wir sehen Vielfalt als Bereicherung für unser #teamnikolaus
