Ihre Aufgaben

* Wirtschaftliche Verantwortung Ihres Fachbereiches sowie Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung

* Rezepturkostenoptimierung unter Einhaltung der aktuellen Normen und Richtlinien inkl. der Evaluierung von neuen Konzepten

* Entwicklung von Spezialbaustoffen und innovativen Betonen

* Aktive Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams der Rohrdorfer Transportbeton, Umwelttechnik und Sand & Kies zur Förderung und Pflege von Kunden- und Lieferantenbeziehungen

* aktive Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Laborteams (Technologen, Laboranten) in den Bereichen Qualitätssicherung für Transportbeton, Sand & Kies sowie den Bereich Umwelttechnik

* Vertretung der Rohrdorfer-Gruppe in Fachgremien und aktive Einbringung Ihrer Expertise bei der Entwicklung von branchenrelevanten Regelwerken (Normen, Richtlinien etc.)

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z.B. Bauingenieurwesen, Geologie, Werkstoffwissenschaften o.ä.)

* Mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Leitungsfunktion mit umfassender Verantwortung und Mitarbeiterführung, idealweise innerhalb der Baustoffbranche oder verwandten Bereichen (Industrie, Bau etc.)

* Fundierte Erfahrung im Vertrieb und betriebswirtschaftliches KnowHow

* Starker Bezug zur Region, sehr gute regionale (Markt-)Kenntnisse

* Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, unternehmerischem Denken und Kundenorientierung
