Unser Kunde ist ein sehr bekanntes österreichisches Unternehmen mit ansprechendem und umfangreichem Sortiment an Lebensmittel und Non-Food-Produkten. Im Zuge einer Nachbesetzung wird im Raum Wörgl 1 Leitung Lagerlogistik Quereinsteiger aus anderen Branchen mit nachweisbarer Führungserfahrung, sowie Nachwuchsführungskräfte möchten wir ebenfalls ansprechen.

Aufgaben:

· Mitgestalten eines nachhaltigen Logistik-/Distributions-Konzeptes von Beginn an

· Sicherstellung der Lagerorganisation und der logistischen Prozesse

· Mitwirkung in der Logistikplanung und Budgetplanung

· Gesamtverantwortung für den Lagerbereich im Segment

· Umsetzen und Kontrollieren von Richtlinien und Abläufen

· Planen, Steuern und Verwalten von Ressourcen

· Erstellung von Reports für die Geschäftsführung

Ihr Profil:

· Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik- und Lagermanagement

· einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Logistikbereich

· Erfahrung in der Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitern

· Rasche und effiziente Arbeitsweise

· Ausgezeichnetes Prozessverständnis und strategischer Weitblick

· Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und durchsetzungsstarke, teamorientierte Persönlichkeit verbunden mit hoher sozialer Kompetenz und guten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten

· Hohes Engagement und Belastbarkeit
