Wir sind das BKH Reutte und wir suchen Sie! 1 LEITUNG MEDIZINISCHES ORGANISATIONSMANAGEMENT (M/W/D) Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Fachliche und organisatorische Führung der Ambulanzsekretariate

* Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Organisationsstrukturen sowie Mitwirkung bei

Digitalisierungsprozessen

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen, effizienten und patientenorientierten Sekretariatsbetriebs

Planung und Koordination der Dienst- und Personaleinsätze

* Begleitung und Umsetzung von Veränderungs- und Organisationsentwicklungsprozessen (Change-

Management)

* Förderung einer wertschätzenden Zusammenarbeit sowie Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter in ihrer fachlichen

Weiterentwicklung

Ihr Profil:

* Organisationsgeschick, hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Entscheidungsfreude und Durchsetzungsvermögen

* Interesse an digitaler Transformation, Prozessoptimierung und innovativen Technologien - insbesondere im Bereich der Künstlichen Intelligenz

* Erste Führungserfahrung

* Idealerweise abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine

vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Berufserfahrung in einer koordinierenden oder leitenden Funktion im Gesundheitswesen von Vorteil

Der Mindestgehalt beträgt EUR 3.248,60. Aufzahlung durch Anrechnung von Vordienstzeiten.
