Werden Sie Mitarbeiter/in in der Heiztechnik Erlebniswelt von Hargassner. Die Zukunft des Heizens steht ganz eindeutig im Zeichen der CO²-neutralen Biomasse. Wir entwickeln Heiztechnologie für Hackgut und Pellets mit dem Ziel:

- umweltfreundlichstes Heizen

- mit höchstem Bedienkomfort

Zur Verstärkung des Teams suchen wir 1 Leitung Montagelinie / Gruppenleitung Montage (m/w/d) Du möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen, ein Team führen und aktiv zum Erfolg der Produktion beitragen? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig. Als Linienleiter/in Montage (m/w/d) bist du die zentrale Ansprechperson für dein Team und sorgst gemeinsam mit deinen Mitarbeitenden für einen reibungslosen Ablauf in der Montage. Dabei stehen Teamwork, Qualität und eine gute Zusammenarbeit im Mittelpunkt.

Egal ob du bereits Erfahrung als Führungskraft in der Montage mitbringst oder als motivierter Quereinsteiger/in (m/w/d) den nächsten Karriereschritt machen möchtest - bei uns zählen vor allem Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamgeist, technisches Verständnis und die Motivation, gemeinsam etwas zu bewegen.

Das bringst du mit

* Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Produktions- und Montageprozessen

* Erste Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung oder die Motivation, in eine Führungsrolle hineinzuwachsen

* SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Zeitliche Flexibilität für seltene Einsätze außerhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten

* Solide Deutschkenntnisse

* Strukturierte, verlässliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Arbeiten mit Menschen

Das sind deine Aufgaben

* Du übernimmst Verantwortung für ein motiviertes Montageteam und sorgst für ein positives Arbeitsumfeld

* Du begleitest neue Kollegen beim Einstieg und unterstützt das Team laufend bei der Weiterentwicklung

* Du stellst sicher, dass Qualität, Sicherheit und ein reibungsloser Ablauf im Arbeitsalltag gewährleistet sind

* Du koordinierst und optimierst die täglichen Abläufe an den Montagelinien

* Du bringst eigene Ideen ein und wirkst aktiv an Verbesserungen in der Produktion mit

* Du erstellst praxisnahe Arbeitsanweisungen und unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung von Standards

* Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen und bist ein wichtiger Teil des täglichen Shopfloor-Meetings

Der für die angeführte Position aufgrund gesetzlicher Bestimmungen verpflichtend anzugebende kollektivvertragliche Mindestlohn beträgt bei einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung € 2.948,85 brutto pro Monat basierend auf 14 Löhne jährlich. Dieser Betrag ist wenig aussagekräftig - je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung erfolgt eine entsprechende Anpassung, ergänzt durch attraktive Sozialleistungen und zahlreiche Mitarbeiter/innen-Benefits.
