Für ein erfolgreiches mittelständisches Unternehmen in der Kunststoffindustrie suchen wir eine engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit für die Leitung von Produktion und Instandhaltung. 1 Leitung Produktion und Instandhaltung (m/w/d) Einsatzort: Bezirk Baden

Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgaben

* Verantwortung für die Produktionsabläufe im Compoundierbetrieb

* Führung von rund 40 Mitarbeitenden in Produktion und Instandhaltung

* Sicherstellung von Qualität, Produktivität und Termintreue

* Optimierung von Prozessen, Arbeitsabläufen und Ressourcen

* Überwachung der Bereiche Arbeitssicherheit, Umwelt und Qualität

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung, Technik und Labor

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder Studium

* Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen

* Erfahrung in der Kunststoffverarbeitung von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsstärke

* Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Schichtbereitschaft muss gegeben sein
