Technologischer Fortschritt und nachhaltige M... 1 Leitung Qualitätsmanagement Operations (w/m/d) Ihr neues Abenteuer * Führung und Entwicklung eines interdisziplinären Teams von rund 50 Mitarbeitenden in den Bereichen Quality Operations (Montage und Fertigung) und Quality Service Center (Wareneingangsprüfung, Messtechnik und Labor) * Strategische Weiterentwicklung der Qualitätsmanagementsysteme sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung relevanter Qualitätsstandards und Normen * Unterstützung der Operations-Bereiche bei Ursachenanalysen, Problemlösung und nachhaltiger Prozessoptimierung * Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsprozessen, APQP, internen und externen Audits, Kennzahlen und relevanten Managementsystemen * Verantwortung für internationale Verbesserungs-, Qualitäts-, und Technologieinitiativen an unseren globalen Standorten * Identifikation, Bewertung und Erprobung neuer Qualitätstechnologien und -verfahren am Standort Gunskirchen sowie Begleitung des konzernweiten Roll-outs erfolgreicher Lösungen

Ihre Erfahrungen und Fähigkeiten * Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH/Universität) mit Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Metallurgie, Verfahrenstechnik, Werkstofftechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung * Einschlägige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement eines komplexen industriellen Umfelds, idealerweise Automotive-, Zuliefer- oder Aircraft-Industrie * Tiefes technisches Verständnis von Fertigungs-, Montage- und Produktionsprozessen sowie deren qualitätsrelevanten Zusammenhängen * Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner Qualitätsmethoden sowie relevanter Managementsysteme und Normen (insbesondere ISO 9001, ISO 45001 sowie IATF 16949 von Vorteil) * Erfahrung in der Führung größerer Teams sowie in der Umsetzung von Veränderungs- und Verbesserungs-Initiativen * Strategische Denkweise kombiniert mit Hands-on-Mentalität und Umsetzungs-, Problemlösungs- sowie Entscheidungsstärke * Hohe soziale und interkulturelle Kompetenz sowie Souveränität im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern im internationalen Konzernumfeld * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse * Reisebereitschaft von ca. 10 % zu internationalen Standorten
