Als Leiter des Qualitätsmanagements und der Organisationsentwicklung verantwortest du die Qualität von Prozessen, begleitest konkrete Veränderungsprojekte und gestaltest den langfristigen Wandel der Unternehmenskultur. 1 Leitung Qualitätsmanagement (QM) & Organisationsentwicklung (OE) (m/w/d) Standort Attnang-Puchheim

Vollzeit

Deine Aufgaben

> Leitung und Gestaltung des Qualitätsmanagements/Organisationsentwicklung auf Holdingebene und Koordinierung mit den dezentralen lokalen und internationalen QM-Verantwortlichen

> Strategisches Projekt- und Transformationsmanagement inkl. Leitung der gruppenweiten, internationalen (IT-) Projekte

> Mitwirkung und Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung interner Audits sowie Ableitung und Überwachung von Maßnahmen

> Leitung / Moderation / Mitarbeit bei komplexen, abteilungsübergreifenden QS-Schnittstellenprojekten

> Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projekt-Controlling bei der Business-Case Erstellung (Berechnung von ROI, NPV) und Einhaltung der Projektbudgets

Dein Profil

> Abgeschlossenes technisches/wirtschaftliches Studium mit Bezug zu Qualitätsmanagement und/oder Organisationsentwicklung

> Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Organisationsentwicklung und Projektleitung, sowie in der Koordination von abteilungsübergreifenden Teams

> Prozess- und Schnittstellenkompetenz kombiniert mit Methodenstärke sowie Kenntnisse im (agilen) Projektmanagement

> Hohes Prozessverständnis bzw. die Fähigkeit sich in komplexe Abläufe reinzudenken

> Fundierte Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement (z. B. ISO 9001, Six Sigma oder Lean-Methoden)

> Empathische Führungspersönlichkeit mit hoher Moderations- und Kommunikationskompetenz

> Bereitschaft zu fallweisen internationalen Dienstreisen
