Du möchtest nicht nur Abschlüsse verantworten, sondern auch die Weiterentwicklung kaufmännischer Strukturen aktiv mitgestalten?

Deine Aufgaben

- Du führst und entwickelst deine Fachbereiche mit mehr als 12 Mitarbeitenden und stellst eine professionelle Organisation des Rechnungswesens sicher

- Du verantwortest die Erstellung von Monats-, Jahres- und Gruppenabschlüssen nach UGB sowie die Sicherstellung einer zeitgerechten Buchhaltung mehrerer Gesellschaften

- Als zentrale Ansprechperson koordinierst du Bilanzierungs-, Steuer- und Finanzthemen mit internen und externen Schnittstellen wie Steuerberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung, Banken und Behörden

- Du erstellst Liquiditäts- und Finanzplanungen und arbeitest gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsleitung an betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen und unterstützt fundierte Unternehmensentscheidungen

- Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse und treibst Optimierungs- sowie Digitalisierungsprojekte aktiv voran

- Als Sparring-Partner auf Augenhöhe leistest du einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung der Unternehmensgruppe

Dein Profil

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie idealerweise Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung

- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen

- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Bilanzierung, Konsolidierung und UGB-Abschlusserstellung

- Erfahrung in sowie Freude an der Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden und Teams

- Hohe IT-Affinität und Interesse an Prozess- und Digitalisierungsprojekten

- Strukturierte, proaktive und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

- Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Durchsetzungsstärke und Hands-on-Mentalität (geerdete Unternehmenskultur)
