Deine Aufgaben

Als Leitung:

* Du bist die Leitung der schulischen Nachmittagsbetreuung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Direktion

* Du leitest Mitarbeiter:innen an und organisierst Teambesprechungen

* Du setzt das pädagogische Konzept des Schulstandortes Feldkirchen um

* Du koordinierst und planst das Freizeitprogamm in Absprache mit dem Betreuungsteam und der Schulleitung

* Du hast einen respektvollen und wertschätzenden Umgang mit Eltern und Kindern

Als Freizeitbetreuerin:

* Du gibst Kindern Perspektiven

* Du planst und organisierst Freizeitangebote entsprechend des pädagogischen Konzeptes des Standortes

* Du hast einen respektvollen und wertschätzenden Umgang mit Eltern und Kindern

* Du machst multiprofessionelle Teamarbeit mit der Schule

Dein Profil

* Du hast eine Ausbildung als Freizeitpädagog:in bzw. andere pädagogische Ausbildungen (Lehrer:in, Erzieher:in), bzw. Sozialpädagogik, OÖ KBBG Ausbildung zur pädagogischen Assistenzkraft oder ähnliche Ausbildungen

* Wissen über Bedürfnisse und Fördermöglichkeiten von Kindern im Volksschulalter

* Integrativer Ansatz in der Arbeit mit Kindern

* Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

* Wertschätzender Team-Player, der/die auch in schwierigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf behält
