Für unseren exklusiven SPA- und Wellnessbereich suchen wir eine engagierte und motivierte Leitung Spa (m/w/d). In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position sorgen Sie gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team für erstklassige Wohlfühlmomente und tragen maßgeblich zur hohen Servicequalität unseres Hauses bei. 1 Leitung Spa (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben

* Operative und organisatorische Leitung des gesamten SPA-Bereichs

* Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Ablauf im täglichen SPA-Betrieb

* Führung, Motivation und Einsatzplanung des SPA-Teams

* Professionelle Betreuung und Beratung unserer Gäste zu Behandlungen und Wellnessangeboten

* Sicherstellung höchster Qualitäts-, Service- und Hygienestandards

* Weiterentwicklung des SPA-Angebots und Erstellung attraktiver Wellnesskonzepte

* Koordination und Terminplanung von Anwendungen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Rezeption, Reservierung und Hotelmanagement

* Verantwortung für Warenbestellung, Lagerhaltung und Inventur im SPA-Bereich

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Wellness-, Kosmetik-, Gesundheits- oder Tourismusbereich

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im SPA- oder Wellnessbereich, idealerweise in leitender Position

* Ausgeprägte Gastgeberqualitäten und ein professionelles Auftreten

* Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung

* Organisationstalent sowie selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Führungskompetenz und Teamfähigkeit

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* EDV-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit Termin- und Reservierungssystemen von Vorteil

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit
