Die Bühne Baden ist DAS Musiktheaterhaus des Landes Niederösterreich und bespielt die Spielstätten Stadttheater, Sommerarena und Max Reinhardt Foyer. Ein Ganzjahresspielplan bietet musikalisches Unterhaltungstheater mit einem umfassenden Angebot an Musiktheaterproduktionen, Konzerten und Kunst- und Kulturvermittlungsprogrammen, wobei der klare Fokus auf den Genres Operette und Musical liegt.

Zum ehest baldigen Eintritt ist die Position 1 Leitung Ticketing & Service (Karenzvertretung voraussichtlich befristet bis 30.04.2028, 30 Wochenstunden).

Ihr Aufgabengebiet

* Gesamtverantwortung für den Ticketing- und Verkaufsprozess von der Einrichtung der Veranstaltungen bis zur laufenden Betreuung des Kartenverkaufs

* Administration und Weiterentwicklung des Ticketing-Systems (idealerweise JETTICKET 2020/ CTS Eventim), einschließlich Vorstellungs-, Abonnement- und Mitgliederverwaltung

* Planung, Umsetzung und Erfolgskontrolle von Verkaufs- und Vertriebsaktionen

* Pflege, Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Kund:innen- und Abonnent:innendatenbank

* Betreuung von Großkund:innen, Firmenkund:innen und Kooperationspartner:innen

* Fachliche und organisatorische Führung des Ticketing-Teams

* Erstellung von Verkaufsanalysen, Berichten, Statistiken und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die Geschäftsführung

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Marketing und Kommunikation

* Verantwortung für administrative Aufgaben im Ticketing-Bereich (z.B. Mahnwesen)

* Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Service-, Verkaufs- und Arbeitsabläufen

Ihr Profil

* Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und Interesse an den Abläufen eines Kulturbetriebs sowie ein ausgeprägtes Serviceverständnis

* Erfahrung im Ticketing und Besucher:innenservice

* Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Anwendungen und Ticketing-Systemen

* Führungserfahrung und teamorientiertes Arbeiten

* Kommunikationsgeschick, Empathie und Freude am Kontakt mit unserem Publikum

* Unternehmerisches Denken, Zahlenaffinität sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, auch in arbeitsintensiven Phasen den Überblick zu bewahren

Wir bieten Ihnen
