Deine Aufgaben

* Weiterentwicklung der visuellen Konzepte der Marken Bründl Sports und Strolz

* Mitarbeiter_innenführung

* Sicherstellung der erforderlichen Qualifikationen und Trainings bei den verantwortlichen Mitarbeiter_innen aller Shops

* Weiterentwicklung der Guidelines und Visual-Merchandising-Richtlinien

* Umsetzung und Mitgestaltung der Visual-Merchandising-Richtlinien in unseren Shops für eine optimierte Warenpräsentation und Erlebnisinszenierung

* Budgetverantwortung

Was du mitbringst

* Berufserfahrung: Mehrjährige fundierte Erfahrung im Visual Merchandising, idealerweise bereits in einer leitenden Funktion im Premium-Einzelhandel

* Kreativität: Hohes Maß an stilistischer Sicherheit, Trendgespür, Innovationskraft und ein geschultes Auge für Formen, Farben, Mode und Trends

* Handelswissen: Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Kennzahlen (KPIs), Verkaufsstatistiken und kundenorientierte Warenplatzierung zur aktiven Verkaufsförderung

* Führungskompetenz: Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung eines kreativen Teams

* Organisationstalent: Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Projekt- und Zeitmanagement

* Kommunikation: Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen an den Schnittstellen zu Shop-Management, Einkauf und Marketing

* Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office sowie gängigen Grafik- und Designprogrammen (z. B. Adobe Photoshop, InDesign) von Vorteil

* Reisebereitschaft
