Unser Wohnverbun... 1 Leitung Wohnverbund Reininghaus, Voll- oder Teilzeit, Graz Was wirst du machen? * Du übernimmst die personelle, wirtschaftliche und inhaltliche Steuerung eines Wohnhauses für Menschen mit Behinderung * Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit deinem Team unsere Dienstleistung weiter und bringst neue Ideen ein * In dieser Leitungsfunktion trägst du Verantwortung dafür, dass personenzentriertes Arbeiten (PZA) im Alltag gelebt, reflektiert und kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt wird * Du bist Führungskraft für engagierte Mitarbeiter:innen * Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für Bewohner:innen, Angehörige und Kooperationspartner:innen * Du vernetzt dich mit regionalen Akteur:innen und stärkst die Zusammenarbeit im Sozialraum * Du arbeitest eng mit zentralen Stellen (z. B. Qualitätsmanagement, Human Resources, PZA-Team etc.) zusammen, um Dienstleistungsqualität systematisch weiterzuentwickeln * Gemeinsam mit Kolleg:innen im Führungsteam, den Betreuer: innen und den Bewohner:innen im Wohnverbund gestaltest du inklusive Wohnangebote

Was solltest du mitbringen? * Eine abgeschlossene psychosoziale Ausbildung (z. B. Studium der Pädagogik, Psychologie, Sozialen Arbeit oder vergleichbare Qualifikation) * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Sozialbereich und in der Leitung von Teams * Offenheit für Veränderung und Erfahrung mit Organisationsentwicklung * Strukturierte und selbstorganisierte Arbeitsweise, Reflexionsfähigkeit und Zielorientierung * Kommunikationsstärke, klare Haltung und Dialogbereitschaft auf Augenhöhe * Verständnis von Qualität als kontinuierlichem Verbesserungs- und Lernprozess * Erfahrung mit kollegialer Führung und selbstorganisierten Teams ist willkommen

Die tatsächliche Einstufung richtet sich nach den anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten.
