Ontwikkeling van het B2B & Travel Retail aanbod

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van aanbiedingen die zijn afgestemd op de professionele en Travel Retail markten:

  • Het leiden van de ontwikkeling van permanente en seizoensgebonden aanbiedingen, van conceptontwerp tot lancering.
  • Deelnemen aan de productselectie en de ontwikkeling van verpakkingen.
  • Het coördineren van de verschillende aspecten met betrekking tot kwaliteit, ingrediënten en etikettering.
  • Samenwerken met interne teams om assortimenten samen te stellen die voldoen aan de specifieke behoeften van markten en klanten.
  • Het analyseren van klantbehoeften en de specifieke kenmerken van de verschillende kanalen om het aanbod te ontwikkelen.

Implementatie van de marketing- & trade-activatiestrategie

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van de B2B en Travel Retail marketingplannen:

  • Het ontwerpen en implementeren van promoties en trade-activaties die zijn afgestemd op de verschillende kanalen.
  • Het ontwikkelen van marketingcampagnes die specifiek zijn voor de markten en distributiekanalen.
  • Het creëren van tools waarmee verkoopteams hun impact op klanten en partners kunnen vergroten.

Aanpassen en uitvoeren in het veld

Omdat elk kanaal zijn eigen beperkingen heeft, zorg je ervoor dat het aanbod en de activering ervan worden aangepast aan de realiteit ter plaatse:

  • Rekening houden met de beperkingen van logistiek, prijsstelling, regelgeving en merchandising.
  • Het coördineren van projecten met distributeurs, retailers en internationale partners.
  • Het operationeel opvolgen van de activaties en zorgen voor een goede uitvoering ervan.

✈️ Het merk internationaal vertegenwoordigen

Je draagt actief bij aan de internationale zichtbaarheid van Leonidas:

  • Het organiseren, coördineren en deelnemen aan vakbeurzen, internationale beurzen en B2B & Travel Retail evenementen.
  • Het vertegenwoordigen van het merk bij klanten, distributeurs en partners.
  • Bijdragen aan leadgeneratie en de ontwikkeling van duurzame commerciële relaties.

Jouw profiel

Je bent een marketingprofessional met een sterk zakelijk inzicht, in staat om een strategie om te zetten in concrete acties.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een Master in marketing, handel, internationale business of een gelijkwaardige opleiding.
  • Een eerste ervaring in B2B marketing, trade marketing of Travel Retail.
  • Ervaring in productmanagement, trade-activaties of professionele evenementen is een echte troef.
  • Een vermogen om prestaties te analyseren via sell-in, sell-out, ROI en KPI's.
  • Een goed begrip van de beperkingen van internationale distributiekanalen.
  • Een uitstekende beheersing van het Frans en het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
