Vos missions :

  • Accueillir chaleureusement nos clients et les accompagner dans leurs achats.
  • Écouter leurs envies et les conseiller dans le choix parmi notre large assortiment de pralines et de chocolats.
  • Être un véritable ambassadeur de la marque Leonidas et partager votre enthousiasme pour nos produits.
  • Veiller à la satisfaction de nos clients en leur offrant un service attentif et de qualité.
  • Assurer une présentation soignée et attractive des produits en vitrine et en magasin.
  • Réceptionner les livraisons et participer à la gestion de la réserve.
  • Gérer la caisse : enregistrement des achats, encaissement, remise du ticket, comptage de caisse et contrôle de la régularité.
  • Veiller à la propreté du magasin et au respect des procédures.

Ce que nous recherchons :

  • Une personne dynamique, souriante et à l'aise avec la clientèle.
  • Un véritable esprit d'équipe et une attitude positive.
  • Une grande disponibilité : vous êtes disponible tous les jours de la semaine, samedis et dimanches compris.
  • Une flexibilité horaire : vous êtes en mesure de commencer à 08h00 ou de terminer jusqu'à 23h00, selon les besoins du magasin.
  • Vous êtes capable de vous déplacer à Bruxelles en fonction de ces horaires.
  • Une première expérience dans l'HORECA, ou dans la vente, constitue un sérieux atout.
  • Une maîtrise basique de l'anglais et/ou du néerlandais est obligatoire.
  • Vous êtes rapide, organisé(e) et capable de vous adapter à un environnement où le rythme peut être soutenu.
