Votre mission

En tant que Product Marketeer, vous gérez, développez et optimisez le portefeuille produits de Leonidas sur l'ensemble des gammes : permanentes, saisonnières, éditions limitées et innovations.

Vous traduisez les concepts et besoins marketing en produits concrets et coordonnez toutes les étapes, de l'idée initiale à la création et à la production. Aux côtés des équipes Marketing, Sales, Qualité, Achats et Production, vous pilotez les projets de développement et d'amélioration produits, en garantissant leur faisabilité, leur qualité, leur rentabilité et leur cohérence avec le positionnement de la marque.

Votre objectif : assurer la performance du portefeuille tout en développant des offres innovantes qui répondent aux attentes des consommateurs et aux ambitions commerciales de Leonidas.

Vos responsabilités

  • Analyser les performances des produits afin de définir et déployer une stratégie de gamme cohérente avec le positionnement de la marque et les objectifs business.
  • Intégrer les insights consommateurs, les tendances du marché et les analyses concurrentielles pour identifier des opportunités de développement, dans une logique d'innovation et de rénovation de l'offre.
  • Appliquer une approche de Category Management visant à équilibrer les goûts, les looks, les prix et les occasions, et à identifier les manques et opportunités du marché.
  • Piloter le développement et l'optimisation des produits en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Sales, Marketing, Qualité, Production et Achats, ainsi qu'avec nos maîtres chocolatiers.
  • Coordonner les lancements produits et garantir leur cohérence avec l'ADN et les standards de qualité de la marque.
  • Coordonner et animer les réunions de développement produits : aligner les parties prenantes sur l'avancement, les décisions à prendre et les priorités, dans le respect des timings.
  • Formaliser les plans d'actions, en assurer le suivi et veiller au respect des délais et des objectifs.
  • Agir en véritable coordinateur transversal : suivre les projets, les budgets et les timings pour garantir une exécution efficace et rigoureuse.

Votre profil

  • Bachelier en Marketing et/ou expérience en développement produit, gestion de portefeuille et coordination de projets transverses
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de produits, idéalement en FMCG ou dans un environnement retail
  • Capacité à analyser les données marché et les insights consommateurs pour orienter les décisions
  • Solides compétences en gestion de projets et en coordination de parties prenantes
  • Bilingue français / néerlandais
  • Excellentes capacités de communication et de collaboration
  • Proactivité, autonomie et orientation solutions
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique
