The posting

Responsabilités métier:

  • Développer le département en vue d'optimiser son fonctionnement à travers l'amélioration continue des procédés.
  • Optimiser le planning "produits" et "ressources" dans le but de trouver la meilleure efficacité et garantir une productivité optimale.
  • Superviser l'ensemble des étapes du process de conditionnement : assurer l'approvisionnement en consommables et matières premières (emballages, pralines, matériel, etc.), garantir une gestion optimale des stocks via les inventaires, veiller à la traçabilité des produits...
  • Encadrer et développer l'équipe ouvrière associée au secteur du prepack
  • Optimiser la transversalité et la coopération avec les différents services internes dont Logistique, Marketing, Sales, HSE, Maintenance et Qualité.
  • Suivre et repecter les KPI's établis

Sécurité & qualité

  • Déployer la politique de sécurité, santé, qualité, hygiène et bien-être au sein de son périmètre.
  • Avec le département maintenance et engineering, veiller à l'identification et à la prévention des risques, à l'application des procédures ainsi qu'au maintien d'un environnement de travail sûr, propre et respectueux.
  • Accompagner les équipes en garantissant la sensibilisation et l'implication des équipes en matière de prévention et de bonnes pratiques.
  • Assurer le suivi des incidents/accidents et la mise en place des actions correctives nécessaires.
  • Collaborer avec les acteurs internes et externes de la prévention.
  • Veiller à la conformité des produits finis et des processus industriels.

Votre profil:

  • Niveau d'étude : Master
  • Expérience confirmée en management ou coordination d'équipe.
  • Véritable leader positif, capable de guider, fédérer, inspirer et faire grandir son équipe.
  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience - l'industrie alimentaire est un atout
  • Sens de l'organisation et de la communication, aisance relationnelle
  • Esprit d'analyse et force de proposition
  • Maîtrise des démarches d'amélioration continue comme le Lean .
  • Très bonne connaissance du français + néerlandais et/ou de l'anglais
  • Ouvert au changement et prêt à s'engager dans celui-ci. Une certification en change management est un atout.
