Vacature omschrijving

Voor op de bovenbouw mavo zijn wij op zoek naar een leraar Duits voor 11 lesuren (0,4400 fte).

Heb jij of krijg jij binnenkort je tweedegraads bevoegdheid voor jouw favoriete vak – Duits – en wil je graag aan de slag als leraar op de bovenbouw mavo? Dan is het Martinuscollege jouw nieuwe werkplek!

Samenwerken zit in het DNA van de Martinusmedewerker. Iedereen hoort er bij en voegt waarde toe.

Functie-eisen

Wij zoeken een leraar Duits die:

✔ Meer doet dan lesgeven en verbinding legt tussen lesstof en ontwikkelingen in de maatschappij en samenleving. Waarom is de goede beheersing van de duitse taal belangrijk? De koppeling tussen les en praktijk motiveert en stimuleert leerlingen en maakt het

vak levend en actief.

✔ Je kijkt goed naar wat de leerlingen nodig hebben en differentieert in je lessen en de manier waarop je leerlingen aanspreekt zodat iedereen mee kan doen. Een les ‘afdraaien’ – daar zijn wij niet zo van.

✔ Je creëert een veilige sfeer in de klas, waarbij alle leerlingen zichzelf kunnen zijn en vragen durven stellen.

✔ En tja, het zijn pubers dus discussies en gesprekken voeren (in het Duits) zijn belangrijk evenals het geven van ruimte voor hun mening, twijfel en onbegrip.
