Dan maken wij graag kennis met jou! Over ICBS De Windroos ICBS De Windroos is een fijne school in Zaandam-Oost, waar kinderen, ouders en teamleden zich welkom voelen. Onze leerlingen groeien op in een meertalige en diverse omgeving. Daarom is kennis over en affiniteit met onze populatie van belang. Bij De Windroos staat taal centraal. Spreken, luisteren, lezen en schrijven maken deel uit van de schooldag. Vanuit deze basis werken wij met een rijk en samenhangend curriculum, waarin leerlingen naast de basisvakken ook structureel onderwijs krijgen in wereldoriëntatie, wetenschap & techniek en kunst & cultuur. Vakdocenten verzorgen vanuit hun eigen expertise tijdens de Verlengde Leertijd lessen op deze gebieden en verrijken daarmee ons onderwijs.
