Over de afdeling Mechanica

In onze werkplaats leiden we leerlingen op tot vakbekwame technici, met sterke aandacht voor CNC-bewerkingen.

Onze afdeling Mechanica is een dynamische leeromgeving waar leerlingen werken met hedendaagse technieken, moderne infrastructuur en digitale toepassingen. We zetten sterk in op praktijkgericht leren en toekomstgerichte vaardigheden.

Daarnaast werken we actief aan projecten en leeromgevingen in lijn met de visie van Katholiek Onderwijs Vlaanderen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt praktijkervaring met CNC-draaien en -frezen, bij voorkeur op Haas- of Fanuc-gebaseerde sturingen.
  • Je kan werkstukken tekenen en programmeren met Inventor of Fusion 360 (of vergelijkbare CAD/CAM-software), of je bent bereid je daarin te verdiepen.
  • Je kan technische kennis helder uitleggen en je vindt het fijn om jongeren op te leiden.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, veiligheidsbewust en kan leerlingen motiveren.
  • Je gaat creatief en vakkundig om met metaal en ziet mogelijkheden in materialen, bewerkingen en werkstukken.
  • Je hebt zin om nieuwe praktijkopdrachten te ontwikkelen die aansluiten bij het niveau en de leerdoelen van onze leerlingen.
  • Je denkt mee over de verdere uitbouw van de werkplaats en het leerplan.
  • Je beschikt over het vereiste bekwaamheidsbewijs of studiebewijs voor deze functie. Ook zonder onderwijservaring kan je solliciteren, en we begeleiden je in je start als leerkracht.
