The posting

VTS 3 is een school voor buitengewoon onderwijs met opleidingsvorm 3 (type basisaanbod en type 9) en opleidingsvorm 4 (type 9).

OV3 biedt een algemene, sociale en beroepsvorming met het oog op integratie in het gewoon leef- en werkmilieu.

Leerlingen in OV4 volgen het curriculum van het gewoon secundair onderwijs en worden voorbereid op een studie in het hoger onderwijs of op tewerkstelling in het gewoon werkmilieu.

We zijn op zoek naar een leraar voor een voltijdse opdracht als leraar Nederlands in de 2de graad arbeidsmarktfinaliteit in OV4 (type 9).

De kleinere klasgroepen van het buitengewoon onderwijs zorgen ervoor dat je als leerkracht nabij kan zijn en elke leerling actief kan begeleiden.

Deze opdracht start vanaf 08/10/2026 tot 25/10/2026 (met kans op verlenging).

Onze visie:

We focussen op de totale ontwikkeling van de leerling:

- om leerplandoelen te bereiken,

- om geleidelijk te integreren in het gewoon onderwijs en maatschappij.

We zetten hierbij sterk in op het stimuleren van de executieve functies. Daarnaast streven we ernaar om te komen van sturing naar zelfsturing. Dit doen we aan de hand van een dubbel spoor:

1. we passen de leeromgeving aan,

2. we leren leerlingen de nodige vaardigheden aan via multidisciplinaire begeleiding op maat.

Getuigschrift van pedagogische bekwaamheid is een pluspunt.

Ervaring in het buitengewoon onderwijs is een voordeel.

Bereid zijn om met jongeren op een positieve wijze om te gaan.

Een goede collegiale ingesteldheid.

Aandacht voor orde en netheid.

Computervaardig zijn.
