CVO HIK is een Hedendaags, Innovatief en Kwaliteitsvol centrum voor volwassenenonderwijs gelegen in de Kempen met 7 vestigingsplaatsen: Arendonk, Geel, Herentals, Laakdal, Mol, Tessenderlo en Westerlo. We bieden een heel ruime waaier cursussen aan in heel uiteenlopende vakgebieden.

CVO HIK wil voor elke cursist optimale onderwijskansen scheppen om zichzelf te ontplooien. Samen leren opent deuren in een snel evoluerende wereld. Vandaar onze leuze: “Samen groeien is onze keuze”. Hierbij willen we zowel inzetten op de individuele situatie van cursisten als op de professionele groei van elke leraar.

Momenteel zijn wij op zoek naar een leraar sanitair, ventilatietechnieken om ons team te versterken in onze vestigingen Geel en Tessenderlo- Ham. Jouw taken:

· Je bereidt je lessen voor op basis van de leerplandoelstellingen. Je vertrekt vanuit de leefwereld van de cursisten en/of je richt jouw lessen op hun (toekomstige) werkomgeving

· Je creëert een krachtige leeromgeving afgestemd op je cursisten waarbij je aangepaste didactische werkvormen inzet in functie van een maximaal leerrendement

· Je evalueert de leerdoelen, geeft constructieve feedback en stuurt cursisten bij waar nodig

· Je werkt vlot samen met je collega’s om de gezamenlijke uitdagingen binnen je opleiding aan te pakken

· Je maakt je zowel ons leerplatform als ons administratief systeem eigen en werkt hier efficiënt mee

- Je neemt deel aan cursistenbespreking en overleg met trajectbegeleiding

- je neemt deel aan het opleidingsoverleg en schoolbrede taken

·Je staat achter de visie van levenslang leren en de visie van CVO HIK

·Je hebt kennis van ventilatie en/of sanitair en ervaring in het werkveld.

- Je volgt de laatste nieuwe ontwikkelingen in het werkveld op

- Je beschikt over de technische kennis en didactisqche vaardigheden om cursisten te begeleiden in het verwerven van de vooropgestelde competenties.

·Je beheerst pedagogisch-didactische competenties. Het bezitten van een educatief diploma is een pluspunt.

·Je hebt een educatief diploma, je bent ermee bezig of je hebt tenminste de intentie ermee te starten.

- Je kan cursisten inspireren

· Je bent ene teamplayer, samenwerken en kennis delen is geen probleem

·Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal vlot, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk

·Je bent digitaal vaardig en kunt efficiënt werken met dgitale tools

- 's avonds lesgeven is geen probleem

- Je kan je vlot verplaatsen binnen onze regio, Geel -Tessenderlo-Ham
