CVO Groeipunt is de grootste aanbieder van volwassenenonderwijs in Vlaanderen, met 176 opleidingen op 45 lesplaatsen.

Met hoofdzetel in Gent, 18.000 cursisten per jaar en een gedreven team van ruim 750 collega’s bouwen we aan sterk, toekomstgericht onderwijs.

Situering van de vacature

CVO Groeipunt zoekt een lesgever Deens die een enthousiaste groep cursisten op sleeptouw kan nemen doorheen niveau 4. Het betreft een opdrachtvolume van 3/20. Startdatum is voorzien na de herfstvakantie.

Inhoud van de vacature

Deens niveau 4 (Threshold 2 mondeling en schriftelijk) – wekelijks op woensdagavond (18u10 tot 21u) - campus Henleykaai, Gent

Competenties:

● Competentiegericht lesgeven is je uitgangspunt: vanuit haalbare en uitdagende doelen ontwikkel je lesmateriaal

● Activerend lesgeven is jouw credo

● Competentiegericht evalueren is je niet vreemd: met ontwikkelingsgerichte feedback volg je je cursisten op

● Je bent ICT-vaardig

● Je hebt ervaring in talen- en/of volwassenenonderwijs

Aanpak:

Je wil elke cursist zo maximaal mogelijk tot leren brengen. Een motiverende en activerende lesaanpak zijn dan ook essentieel.

Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma.

Een bewijs van pedagogische bekwaamheid (GPB, SLO, graduaat,...) is een vereiste.

De overeenkomstige salarisschalen zijn salarisschaal 501 (masterdiploma) en salarisschaal 302 (bachelordiploma).
