Voor onze school zijn wij op zoek naar een zelfstandige, daadkrachtige en flexibele leraarondersteuner B. In deze functie begeleid je leerlingen bij hun ontwikkeling binnen de uitstroomprofielen Zorg & Welzijn, Horeca en Detailhandel. Je helpt leerlingen om praktische en persoonlijke leerdoelen te formuleren, eraan te werken en hun ontwikkeling zichtbaar te maken. Je werkt daarbij intensief samen met de mentor en de betreffende collega's. De functie vraagt om iemand die zelfstandig kan handelen, overzicht houdt en makkelijk schakelt tussen leerlingbegeleiding, onderwijsvoorbereiding, organisatie en praktische werkzaamheden. De werkplek bevindt zich op één locatie, maar je inzet is schoolbreed. De functie Als leraarondersteuner B verzorg je zelfstandig instructie en begeleiding aan individuele leerlingen en groepen. Je ontwikkelt onderdelen van het praktijkonderwijs binnen vastgestelde leerplannen en beleidskaders. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie en uitvoering van diverse praktijkgerichte leeractiviteiten. De kerntaak is het begeleiden van leerlingen bij hun leerdoelen, met nadruk op: ● werknemersvaardigheden; ● zelfstandigheid en zelfredzaamheid; ● sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden; ● samenwerken en verantwoordelijkheid nemen; ● praktische vaardigheden binnen Zorg & Welzijn, Horeca en Detailhandel; ● veilig, hygiënisch en professioneel werken. Je bespreekt de leerdoelen met de leerlingen, stemt deze af met de mentor en betreffende leerkracht en legt de voortgang zorgvuldig vast. Je signaleert ontwikkelingen en knelpunten tijdig en komt waar nodig met verbetervoo...
