Driessen Lerarenondersteuner Oekraïense kinderen Kerkdriel Heb jij affiniteit met NT2 onderwijs en zet jij je graag in voor leerlingen die extra aandacht kunnen gebruiken? Voor het onderwijs aan Oekraïense leerlingen zijn wij op zoek naar een lerarenondersteuner voor 24 uur op de maandag t/m woensdag. Ben jij de veelzijdige kracht die wij zoeken? De kinderen gaan naar school en draaien mee in de reguliere groepen. Afgelopen jaar hebben zij in groepen met enkel Oekraïense leerlingen onderwijs gehad. Zij komen bij jou in de groep voor de extra taalondersteuning die zij nodig hebben. Hier ligt de focus op bij de invulling van het onderwijs. Daarnaast is het belangrijk dat je: - oog hebt voor hun verleden - de leerlingen veiligheid en geborgenheid biedt - visueel en handelend ondersteuning geeft aan mondelinge uitleg - goed afstemt met de groepsleerkracht waar jij het best kunt ondersteunen De leerlingen komen op maandag, dinsdag en woensdag in de groep, deze heeft een maximale grootte van 15 leerlingen. Het woordenschatonderwijs wordt thematisch aangeboden middels Logo 3000. Kinderen oefenen met het maken van zinnen met de woorden/ dialoog van Logo om het spreken in het Nederlands te stimuleren. Naast logo 3000 wordt gebruik gemaakt van "kampioen in Nederlands" en "horen, zien en schrijven". Er wordt zoveel mogelijk aangesloten bij het thema van Logo 3000, maar er worden ook losse onderdelen geoefend zoals de dagen van week, maanden van het jaar. Er wordt zoveel mogelijk Nederlands gesproken in de groep. Er wordt specifiek aandacht besteed aan de uitspraak van de klanken, omdat ze in Oekraïne geen onderscheid tussen lange en korte klanken kennen en geen tweetekenklanken. Aan de hand van de gemaakte beginsituatie worden letters aangeboden die nog niet worden beheerst.
