Ben je nog niet in het bezit van een diploma? Geen probleem. Je kunt bij ons starten in een leerwerktraject als woonassistent plus of hulp bij het huishouden. Je leert hoe je ouderen ondersteunt in het dagelijks leven, bijvoorbeeld met schoonmaken, eten klaarmaken, gezelschap houden of lichte verzorging. Je zorgt voor een fijne sfeer in huis en bent vaak een vertrouwd gezicht voor onze cliënten. Van daaruit kun je doorgroeien naar een erkend zorgdiploma! - Mbo-niveau 2 – Helpende (plus)

Als je start op niveau 2 leer je hoe je ouderen helpt bij hun dagelijkse verzorging, zoals wassen, aankleden en eten. Je biedt praktische ondersteuning én persoonlijke aandacht. Daarnaast leer je signalen op te pikken over hoe het écht met iemand gaat. In de rol van Helpende plus mag je ook eenvoudige medische handelingen doen, zoals medicatie aanreiken. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s en je krijgt goede begeleiding tijdens je opleiding. - Mbo-niveau 3 – Verzorgende IG

In deze opleiding leer je alles over het zelfstandig verlenen van persoonlijke én medische zorg. Je leert verpleegtechnische handelingen uitvoeren, zoals injecteren, wondzorg en het toedienen van medicatie. Je denkt actief mee over de gezondheid van de cliënt, signaleert veranderingen en speelt daarop in. Je begeleidt cliënten in hun dagelijks leven en werkt samen met familieleden en mantelzorgers. Je kunt zowel in de wijk als in een woonzorglocatie aan de slag. - Mbo-niveau 4 – Verpleegkundige (BBL verkort traject)

Ben je al Verzorgende IG en wil je doorgroeien? Dan kun je bij ons het verkorte BBL-traject volgen tot verpleegkundige niveau 4. Je leert zorg coördineren, klinisch redeneren en complexe zorgsituaties aanpakken. Daarnaast geef je voorlichting, coacht collega’s en denkt mee over kwaliteitsverbetering in de zorg
