Rund 700 Mitarbeiter_innen der Caritas Salzburg sind Sprachrohr, Stütze und Richtungsweisende für Menschen in schwierigen Lebenslagen. Wir unterstützen, betreuen, begleiten und beraten alle, die unsere Hilfe brauchen. Werde auch du Teil unseres vielfältigen Teams und finde deinen Job mit Sinn!

Im Lerncafé unterstützt du Kinder und Jugendliche bei den Hausaufgaben, vermittelst ihnen Freude am Lernen und förderst sie ganzheitlich in ihrer persönlichen und schulischen Entwicklung. Dabei stärkst du ihr Selbstbewusstsein und ihre Resilienz, sodass sie Herausforderungen mit mehr Zuversicht und Eigenständigkeit begegnen können.

Wir freuen uns im Lerncafé in Altenmarkt auf dich als: 1 Lernbetreuer_in im Lerncafe Altenmarkt (m/w/d) (Teilzeit, 16 Wochenstunden)

Du bist zuständig für

* Lernunterstützung von Kindern und Jugendlichen zwischen 6 und 15 Jahren

* Stärkung der Lernfreude, Abbau von Lernschwächen und Erkennen von Begabungen

* Förderung von Selbstständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung

* Anleitung von Freiwilligen und Begleitung von Praktikant_innen

* Freizeitplanung, Vorbereitung von Fördermaterialien, Elterngespräche, Einkauf und Vorbereitung der gesunden Jause

* Öffentlichkeitsarbeit (Teilnahme und Mithilfe bei Veranstaltungen, Soziale Projekte etc.)

* Administrative Tätigkeiten (Kassaabschluss, Dokumentation etc.)

Du bringst mit

* pädagogische Grundausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation von Vorteil

* Quereinsteiger_innen sind willkommen

* Erfahrung im Bereich der Lernunterstützung und Nachmittagsbetreuung von Kindern von Vorteil

* Fähigkeit zu innovativem und eigenständigem Arbeiten

* Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern

Unser Einstiegsgehalt orientiert sich am Kollektivvertrag für die Beschäftigten und Lehrlinge der karitativen Arbeitgeber_innen und liegt bei dieser Stelle, je nach Erfahrung, zwischen € 2.731,- und € 3.814,80 brutto pro Monat (Basis Vollzeit, 37 Stunden).
