* Du führst Beratungsgespräche mit Familien

* Du findest heraus, welchen Bedarf Kund:innen haben und empfiehlst aktiv die passende Lösung

* Du fasst Leads nach und bleibst mit Interessent:innen in Kontakt

* Du entwickelst deinen Standort aktiv: Weiterempfehlungen einfordern, Bestandskunden pflegen, lokal sichtbar sein

* Du führst dein Team aus Lehrkräften - klare Erwartungen, regelmäßiges Feedback, echte Entwicklung

* Du behältst die wichtigsten Kennzahlen im Blick und steuerst deinen Standort auf Wachstum

* Du sorgst dafür, dass kein Elternanruf verloren geht und jede Anfrage schnell eine Antwort bekommt

* Du brauchst keinen pädagogischen Background - viel wichtiger ist uns, dass du gerne mit Menschen arbeitest, ehrgeizig bist und Lust hast, Ziele zu erreichen. Verkaufstalent bringst du entweder schon mit oder du hast den Drive, dich darin weiterzuentwickeln.

* Du gehst aktiv auf Menschen zu und hast Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt oder in der Beratung

* Du übernimmst Verantwortung, ohne auf Anweisung zu warten - und findest Lösungen bevor Probleme eskalieren

* Du hast ein wachsendes Gespür für Zahlen und Ergebnisse - oder die Bereitschaft, es zu entwickeln

* Du bist flexibel und erreichbar, wenn Eltern und Schüler dich brauchen

* Du bist offen für digitale Tools und interessiert daran, deinen Standortalltag mit modernen Arbeitsmitteln - auch KI-gestützt - effizienter zu gestalten

* Führungserfahrung ist ein Plus - der Wille, ein Team zu entwickeln, ist Pflicht

Gehalt

* Das Grundgehalt beträgt bis zu € 2.000 brutto pro Monat (bei 25-30 Wochenstunden)

* Hinzu kommt ein attraktiver monatlicher Bonus, der mit deinem Standorterfolg wächst.
