Velgio is een familiale opleidingsorganisatie gespecialiseerd in nascholing Code 95 voor professionele chauffeurs. Om ons team verder uit te breiden, zijn we op zoek naar praktijkgerichte lesgevers met een passie voor veilig en efficiënt rijden.

Als praktijklesgever begeleid je professionele vrachtwagen- en buschauffeurs tijdens praktijkgerichte opleidingen. Je deelt jouw ervaring en expertise en helpt cursisten om hun rijgedrag te verbeteren, verkeerssituaties beter in te schatten en veiliger en rationeler te rijden.

Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en expertise kan je onder andere ingezet worden voor opleidingen rond defensief rijden, ecologisch rijden en andere praktijkgerichte onderwerpen binnen de nascholing Code 95.

Je geeft duidelijke instructies, begeleidt de cursisten tijdens oefeningen en vertaalt jouw praktijkervaring naar concrete tips die ze onmiddellijk kunnen toepassen in hun dagelijkse werk.

Heb je ervaring als beroepschauffeur, rijinstructeur of binnen de transportsector en geef je jouw kennis graag door aan anderen? Dan ben je bij Velgio welkom.

Een erkenning als lesgever bij het Mobiliteits- en Openbare Werken (MOW) is een pluspunt.

Je komt terecht in een familiale onderneming met een team van lesgevers en experten. De samenwerking en werkregeling zijn bespreekbaar, afhankelijk van jouw profiel, expertise en beschikbaarheid.

  • Je beschikt over relevante praktijkervaring binnen het beroepsvervoer, bijvoorbeeld als vrachtwagenchauffeur, buschauffeur of rijinstructeur.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in verkeersveiligheid, defensief rijgedrag en rationeel rijden.
  • Je kan jouw kennis en ervaring op een duidelijke en praktijkgerichte manier overbrengen.
  • Je bent communicatief, geduldig en weet cursisten op een constructieve manier te begeleiden.
  • Je hebt oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en een correcte uitvoering van de praktijkoefeningen.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent bereid om opleidingen te verzorgen op verschillende locaties in Vlaanderen.
  • Een erkenning als lesgever bij het MOW is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met het geven van praktijkopleidingen is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs C en/of D.
