Voor onze klant Jeppa in Kruibeke, gespecialiseerd in teambuildings en sportkampen, zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste lesgever/eventbegeleider voor een tijdelijke opdracht.

Leren, bewegen en plezier staan centraal. Kinderen en jongeren voelen zich dankzij jouw enthousiasme op hun gemak, blijven gemotiveerd en gaan met een glimlach naar huis. Ook tijdens teambuildings voor bedrijven help je mee om er een geslaagde ervaring van te maken.

Wat houdt de functie in?

  • Het begeleiden van interactieve activiteiten tijdens sportdagen, kampen en andere evenementen.
  • Op een speelse en energieke manier activiteiten organiseren rond taal, rekenen en studievaardigheden.
  • Leerlingen individueel of in kleine groepen ondersteunen.
  • Activiteiten afstemmen op het niveau en de behoeften van de deelnemers.
  • Zorgen voor een positieve, veilige en motiverende omgeving.
  • Leren afwisselen met spel, beweging en ontspanning.
  • Mee instaan voor groepsactiviteiten en ontspanningsmomenten.
  • Helpen bij de organisatie en begeleiding van teambuildings voor bedrijven.
  • Samenwerken met collega's en de coördinator om alles vlot te laten verlopen.
