Interim Professionals Kom werken bij CED als Letselschadebehandelaar - vast Regio Rotterdam€ 4.500 - € 7.000 Omschrijving van de functie CED Interim Professionals is het aanspreekpunt voor organisaties in de verzekeringsbranche die voor korte of langere termijn tijdelijk behoefte hebben aan ervaren en gekwalificeerde medewerkers. Wij zijn voor onze klant op zoek naar een letselschadebehandelaar voor 24 tot 40 uur per week. CED Interim Professionals verzorgt de werving & selectie voor deze vacature; jij treedt bij aanname direct in dienst bij de klant. - Dossierbeheer: Je beheert en onderhoudt letselschadedossiers, waarbij je alle benodigde documentatie verzamelt en juridische procedures volgt. - Cliëntrelaties: Je communiceert met cliënten om hen bij te staan bij hun letselschadeclaims, hen te informeren over de voortgang en eventuele vragen te beantwoorden. - Onderzoek: Je voert onderzoek uit naar de details van elk geval, waaronder medische gegevens en juridische aspecten, om een solide basis te creëren voor claims. - Onderhandelingen: Je voert onderhandelingen met verzekeraars en andere betrokken partijen om tot een rechtvaardige schadevergoeding te komen voor cliënten. - Juridische procedures: Indien nodig bereid je juridische procedures voor en vertegenwoordig je cliënten in gerechtelijke zaken. - Rapportage: Je stelt rapporten en documentatie op om de voortgang en uitkomsten van de zaken bij te houden. Functie-eisen - Een afgeronde juridische opleiding op HBO- of WO-niveau. - Minimaal 2-3 jaar ervaring in letselschadebehandeling en kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving. - 32 tot 40 uur per week beschikbaar; - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om op empathische wijze met cliënten om te gaan. - Creativiteit en pro activiteit worden gewaardeerd, evenals de bereidheid om bij te dragen aan de groei van ons bedri...
