Als letselschadebehandelaar ben jij van essentieel belang voor onze opdrachtgevers. Je ondersteunt en begeleidt slachtoffers die te maken hebben met middelzwaar tot zwaar letsel als gevolg van verkeersongevallen, arbeidsongevallen of andere ongevallen . Verantwoordelijkheden Vanaf he t eerste contact tot de afhandeling van de zaak ; het hele schadebehandelingsproces ligt in jouw deskundige handen . Bij DEKRA Claims Services behandelen we personenschadezaken in opdracht van verschillende partijen. Je kunt hierbij uiteraard denken aan Nederlandse verzekeraars, maar daarnaast ook aan grote bedrijven die zelf risicodrager zijn. Daarnaast is DEKRA Claims Services vertegenwoordiger in Nederland voor diverse buitenlandse verzekeraars . Een greep uit je dagelijkse werkzaamheden: - Analyseren en beoordelen : Je verdiept je in elk dossier, beoordeelt de aansprakelijkheid en de omvang van het letsel met een scherp oog voor detail. - Dossiers beheren : je verzamelt en analyseert de relevante documentatie en schakelt tijdig de juiste partijen in. - Regie in handen : Letselschadezaken zijn vaak langdurige trajecten die erg complex kunnen zijn. Jij houdt hierbij de regie in handen, bent pro-actief en zet tijdig de juiste acties uit - Scenario denken : Je bent in staat om risico's te signaleren in zaken, daarop te anticiperen en onze opdrachtgevers mee te nemen in je denkproces. Dit breng je mee Het is belangrijk dat je makkelijk kunt schakelen tussen verschillende dossiers en partijen.
