Vind jij het een uitdaging om voor mensen met letselschade de juiste schadevergoeding te regelen? Heb je minimaal één jaar ervaring met het behandelen van letselschadezaken? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou. Bij Letselhulpservice zijn we op zoek naar een betrokken letselschadejurist die juridische kennis wil inzetten om écht het verschil te maken voor cliënten. Bij ons ben je verzekerd van: - Een salaris tussen € 3.500 en 5.500 bruto per maand, inclusief 13e maand en provisieregeling. - Hybride werken in een fijn team dat de cliënt op nummer één zet. - Een professionele, informele gezellige werkplek met goede arbeidsvoorwaarden. Jouw functie als letselschadejurist Als letselschadejurist ben je de steun en toeverlaat voor cliënten die letselschade hebben opgelopen. Je zorgt er als legal professional voor dat het volledige schaderegelingsproces zorgvuldig en soepel verloopt. Je behandelt dossiers van A tot Z. Je beoordeelt de aansprakelijkheid, brengt de schade in kaart en stelt de verantwoordelijke partij aansprakelijk. Dankzij jouw juridische kennis, empathie en overtuigingskracht ontvangen slachtoffers de schadevergoeding waarop zij recht hebben. Je onderhoudt op verschillende manieren contact met cliënten, bijvoorbeeld telefonisch, per e-mail of tijdens een huisbezoek. Zo krijg je een volledig beeld van de gevolgen van het ongeval. Wanneer dat nodig is, adviseer je over het inschakelen van externe specialisten, zoals medisch adviseurs of arbeidsdeskundigen. Uiteraard sta je er niet alleen voor. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's, leert van elkaar en draagt bij aan een organisatie die zich voortdurend blijft ontwikkelen. Als Letselschadejurist: - Sta je slachtoffers bij na verkeersongevallen, bedrijfsongevallen en ongevallen met huisdieren of andere dieren. - Geef je cliënten persoonlijke aandacht en neem je hen mee in ieder...
