DEKRA Naar dekra.nl Nederlands Letselschaderegelaar Capelle aan den Ijssel DEKRA logo Wat ga je doen Als letselschadebehandelaar in het rechtsbijstandsteam behartig je de belangen van slachtoffers, bedrijven, wagenparkbeheerders en verzekerden van rechtsbijstandsverzekeraars. Je treedt op namens deze partijen in materiële- en letselschadedossiers en je verhaalt de geleden schade op de aansprakelijke partij. Je weet het klantbelang centraal te stellen en komt met effectieve communicatie en onderhandeling tot een passende oplossing. Je komt te werken bij ASA Legal Assist, een g especialiseerd en internationaal georiënteerd team binnen DEKRA Claims & Expertise. Met een team van 12 collega's behandelen we dossiers waarin Nederlands recht (eventueel met buitenlandse betrokken partijen) of buitenlands recht van toepassing is. De nadruk ligt op verkeersschades, maar ook niet-verkeer gerelateerde dossiers zijn onderdeel van ons dossierbestand. Binnen het team werken ook regresjuristen die regres nemen op aansprakelijke partijen namens verzekeraars en andere opdrachtgevers. Deze dossiers zijn inhoudelijk zeer divers, variërend van productaansprakelijkheid en milieuschade tot civieltechnische en werktuigbouwkundige kwesties. Wat deze functie extra aantrekkelijk maakt, is de balans tussen structuur en vrijheid . Per maand zijn er een aantal vaste kantoordagen waarop je samenkomt met collega's, kennis deelt en spart over dossiers. Als letselschaderegelaar heb je daarnaast bezoekdagen waarop je cliënten of andere betrokken partijen spreekt. De rest van de week heb je de vrijheid om zelf invulling te geven aan je werkzaamheden. Deze flexibiliteit stelt je in staat om je werk efficiënt en op een manier die bij jou past te organiseren. - Dossiers zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheid ; je beoordeelt aansprakelijkheid, onderzoekt de toedracht en de medische gevolgen van het ongeval, je verhaalt vervolgens de schade; - Je behandelt dossiers...
