Jij kijkt niet weg bij lastige gesprekken, maar pakt de regie. Van het eerste contact tot de afronding. Jij zorgt dat mensen zich gehoord en geholpen voelen. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt zelfstandig vanuit huis en we gaan in gesprek over wat jouw werkgebied wordt. Jij bent degene die echt op pad gaat. Naar slachtoffers, nabestaanden en belangenbehartigers, meestal bij hen thuis. Je regelt letselschades in de categorie middelzwaar, zwaar en overlijden. Complexe dossiers waarbij elke situatie anders is. Jij weegt belangen af, doorziet de details en maakt keuzes. Je krijgt veel vrijheid. Jij plant je eigen afspraken, beheert je dossiers en zorgt voor een heldere communicatie. Je gebruikt je juridische kennis, maar vooral je empathie om het verschil te maken. Letselschade is continu in beweging. Digitalisering speelt een steeds grotere rol in dossieropbouw, denk aan dashcambeelden en data-analyse. Tegelijkertijd is menselijk contact onmisbaar. Jij bent het gezicht van TVM bij mensen die een ingrijpende situatie meemaken. Jouw aanpak bepaalt hoe zij terugkijken op dit proces. Dat geeft jouw werk impact. Wat breng je mee? - Je hebt een hbo- of wo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in juridische richting - Ervaring met middelzware en zware letselschadedossiers en overlijdenszaken - Kennis van verzekeringen en sociale wetgeving - Bij voorkeur een diploma Zwaar Letsel en/of de titel Nivre Register-Expert (of je wilt dit halen) - Je neemt initiatief, durft knopen door te hakken en denkt altijd in mogelijkheden voor het slachtoffer en de organisatie - Je bouwt vertrouwen op, schakelt soepel tussen verschillende gesprekspartners en kunt ook in lastige situaties helder communiceren Wat bieden wij jou?
