Voor onze kleinschalige community binnen de geriatrische revalidatiezorg (GRZ) zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste gastvouw/ heer voor een bijbaan. ''Een glimlach, een gezellig praatje of net even dat extra beetje aandacht: als gastvrouw/-heer maak je het verblijf van onze cliënten iedere dag een stukje prettiger. Je leert de cliënten kennen, hebt oog voor wat zij nodig hebben en draagt bij aan een omgeving waarin zij zich welkom en op hun gemak voelen.'' ' Wat ga je doen? Je werkdag begint in de huiskamer, waar je de cliënten welkom heet en zorgt dat alles klaarstaat voor het ontbijt. Je maakt een praatje, schenkt koffie in en helpt waar nodig tijdens de maaltijd. Gedurende de dag zorg je samen met je collega's voor een gezellige, nette en prettige omgeving. Je hebt oog voor de kleine dingen: een cliënt die behoefte heeft aan een gesprek, een helpende hand of gewoon wat extra aandacht. Je signaleert wat cliënten nodig hebben en stemt dit af met je collega's. Je hoeft geen zorgprofessional te zijn om van betekenis te zijn. Met jouw enthousiasme, aandacht en betrokkenheid maak je het verblijf van cliënten iedere dag een stukje prettiger.
