In het relatief kleine sub-team van 3 medewerkers onderhoud en ontwikkel je nieuwe datamodellen en dashboards voor teamleiders,regiemedewerkers en gebruikers van kantoorapplicaties met als doel om hen grip te bieden op het verloop van processen. In deze dashboards wordeno.a. doorlooptijden, hoeveelheid werk en resultaten inzichtelijk gemaakt. Hiervoor maak je gebruik van o.a. SAS Viya tooling en Teradata. In het scrumteam ontwikkel, test en beheer je operationele stuurinformatie dashboarding in sprints van 2 weken. In samenwerking met de analist/product ownerin jouw team refine je requirements vanuit de business tot een 'ready' user story, waarbij goed samengewerkt dient te worden met afnemers en desolution teams van de betreffende applicatie waar jullie dashboards voor leveren.
