Vacature: Lid Raad van Toezicht, portefeuille Financiën Stichting Kinderopvang Rolde (SKR) Over SKR Stichting Kinderopvang Rolde is een maatschappelijke onderneming zonder winstoogmerk. Al ruim 35 jaar bieden wij opvang aan kinderen van 0 tot 12 jaar in het Drentse Rolde en omgeving. SKR is kleinschalig en lokaal verankerd, met korte lijnen en veel betrokkenheid. De komende jaren verandert de financieringsstructuur van de kinderopvang ingrijpend. Voor ons betekent dat dat strategisch financieel inzicht, risicobeheersing en toekomstbestendige keuzes belangrijk zijn voor de vervulling van onze maatschappelijke opdracht. De Raad van Toezicht SKR werkt volgens het Raad van . De directeur-bestuurder is integraal verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van de dienstverlening van de stichting. De Raad van Toezicht (RvT) houdt toezicht volgens de Governance Code Kinderopvang en bestaat uit vier leden. De RvT heeft vier taken: • Werkgeversrol richting de directeur-bestuurder • Goedkeuren beleid waaronder de begroting en jaarrekening • Toezicht houden en daarmee controleren of de bestuurder de strategie uitvoert, de doelen behaalt,de financiën beheert en wet-en regelgeving naleeft. • Klankbord en adviseur en kan gevraagd en ongevraagd adviseren. Wij werken samen op basis van betrokkenheid, wederzijds respect en vertrouwen. Elk inzicht is van waarde en wordt gehoord. Uw rol Specifiek als lid met de portefeuille Financiën: • Bent u, samen met de voorzitter, lid van de auditcommissie. • Houdt u toezicht en adviseert u de RvT over de begroting, de jaarrekening en financiële rapportages, over risicomanagement en interne beheersing, en over de impact en implementatie van de nieuwe financieringsstructuur. Ook de inzet van ICT ter ondersteuning van betrouwbare financiële processen valt hieronder. • Bent u sparringpartner van de directeur-bestuurder bij strategische financiële vraagstukken. • Bewaakt u een financieel gezonde koers die past bij he...
