Om aan de vraag te voldoen zoeken wij bij TMC in Skövde nu meer Employeneurs. We bieden consultancydiensten aan onze toonaangevende klanten in diverse servicegebieden zoals: Wanneer er kwaliteitsproblemen optreden, leid jij de analyse, volg je het verbeterwerk van de leveranciers op en zorg je ervoor dat de problemen duurzame oplossingen krijgen. In deze rol werk je gestructureerd met gevestigde kwaliteitsmethoden zoals 8D, 6M en visgraatanalyse. Je zorgt ervoor dat de leverancier een grondig onderzoek uitvoert, corrigerende maatregelen neemt en opvolgt of deze in de praktijk effectief zijn. Om succesvol te zijn, is het belangrijk dat je goed kunt samenwerken met verschillende functies, relaties opbouwt en vergaderingen op een duidelijke en professionele manier leidt. Als SQE moet je een analytische werkwijze hebben, een goed oordeel kunnen vormen en in staat zijn om kritisch het werk van de leveranciers te beoordelen om ervoor te zorgen dat aan de kwaliteitseisen wordt voldaan. Wat we van jou verwachten Wij zoeken een afgestudeerde hbo- of masteringenieur en zien graag dat je minstens 5 jaar ervaring hebt met kwaliteitswerk. Wij verwachten dat je gepassioneerd bent over kwaliteitswerk, continue verbeteringen en hebt gewerkt op het gebied van productietechniek.
