Dan is deze Business Support functie bij Best Deal echt iets voor jou! Best Deal is een inkoopcollectief en biedt aan ruim 3.500 non-profit organisaties, ondersteuning bij het inkoopproces. Wij zorgen voor lagere inkoopkosten door gebundelde contracten met vooraanstaande leveranciers. In onze webshop kunnen zij op basis van ruim 1.200.000 producten inkopen doen. Die worden aangeboden door 50 verschillende leveranciers. Daarnaast adviseren onze klantadviseurs om de beste keuze te maken voor de beste prijs. Ons doel is optimalisatie van de online klantbeleving en daar hebben we jou bij nodig! Wat ga je doen: In onze webshop worden jaarlijks tientallen duizenden bestellingen geplaatst, met miljoenen aan inkoopomzet. Jij gaat assisteren bij de continue ondersteuning van onze webshop en klanten. Dit houdt in dat je telefonisch en per mail contact hebt met zowel onze klanten als leveranciers. Ook heb jij een rol in het onderhouden van de webshop en het verwerken van bestellingen. Bovendien help jij de Account Managers met het uitvoeren van hun dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Wij verwachten dat je in zekere mate zelfstandig te werk kan gaan.
