Je staat stevig en no-nonsense in het leven en weet dat het key is om tijdig en kwalitatief goed reparatie, onderhouds- en schadeverzoeken van besturen, eigenaars en onze eigen VvE Managers. Je snapt dat boekhouding naadloos moet aansluiten op het ALV en VvE proces. Je begrijpt dat alleen proces en systeem zorg kan dragen voor het hebben van overview, controle en uitvoer. De mens blijft de onmisbare schakel in dit geheel dus dienstverlening, service en communicatie zijn de elementen die je bij medewerkers moet trainen of uitbouwen. Wij zouden het een typische functie vinden voor iemand die meerdere afdelingen binnen een VvE Beheerder heeft ervaren, mogelijk ervaring heeft met een Service Center/Service Desk/Call Center en wil doorgroeien naar een bepalende functie maar tegelijkertijd grip op proces en uitvoer wil hebben. We willen graag dat je meepraat binnen het MT aangezien de afdelingen Service Bureau, Schades en Boekhouding in hoge mate bepalend zijn voor de beleving van kwaliteit extern en intern. - Verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing, kwaliteit, ontwikkeling, inwerken en prestaties van de medewerkers R&O, Schades, administratie, boekhouding en DBA/receptie - Stuurt op KPI's zoals; doorlooptijd, klant...
