Als leveranciersmanager ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor onze IT-leveranciers en dat is in het huidige digitale landschap een spilfunctie. Je bouwt aan stevige, professionele samenwerkingsrelaties waarbij betrouwbaarheid en continuïteit centraal staan. NIS2 is voor jou geen compliance-checkbox, maar een kompas: je vertaalt wet- en regelgeving naar concrete, werkbare afspraken in contracten en SLA's. Je beheert het actueel ICT-contractregister, looptijden, opzegtermijnen en verlengmomenten zijn altijd inzichtelijk, zodat niets onopgemerkt verlengt of afloopt. Bij nieuwe of te vernieuwen contracten begeleid je het aanbestedingstraject: van voorbereiding en marktconsultatie tot gunning, zowel meervoudig onderhands als Europees. Je houdt de vinger aan de pols bij de uitvoering: hoe presteren ICT-leveranciers echt? Je signaleert knelpunten vroeg, bespreekt ze direct en zorgt dat verbeteringen ook daadwerkelijk landen zowel bij de leverancier als intern. Risico's en afhankelijkheden in de leveranciersketen zie jij scherper dan een ander. Je beoordeelt leveranciers structureel op informatiebeveiliging via en nakomen van het dienstverleningsafspraken. Intern ben je een verbindende factor. Inkoop, juridische zaken, informatieveiligheid, facilitair en IT. Jij weet iedereen te vinden en mee te nemen. Je adviseert over leveranciersstrategieën en contractkeuzes en je houdt het overzicht over een snel veranderend speelveld van wet- en regelgeving. Wat vragen wij? Competenties - Resultaatgerichtheid.
