Onze vloot in topconditie houden. Dat is in het kort jouw doel. Tussen vluchten door doe het onderhoudswerk aan vliegtuigen op de lijn, zodat ze weer veilig kunnen vertrekken. In de hangaar duik je écht diep in de vliegtuigtechniek. De ene keer verwissel je een motor, de andere keer desinfecteer je een watersysteem. Eén ding is zeker: jouw werkzaamheden zijn superdivers. Daarnaast vind je het geen probleem om afwisselend in de weekenden, avonden en overdag te werken. Begin je reis bij Transavia als Licensed Aircraft Mechanic, groei bij ons door naar grondwerktuigkundige (GWK), en ga de uitdaging aan in een professioneel team in dit prachtige vakgebied! Dit krijg jij - Bruto maandsalaris van maximaal €4.459,- op basis van een 40-urige werkweek - Toeslag voor het werken in wisseldiensten: circa €834,- bruto per maand (afhankelijk van het rooster); - Indien je CAT-A bent op zowel onze 737 als de Airbus ontvang je een 2de type-toeslag van €53,- bruto per maand zolang beide gelijktijdig in operatie zijn; - Vakantietoeslag van 8% en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%; - Reiskostenvergoeding; - Om te starten een jaarcontract, met uitzicht op een contract voor onbepaalde tijd; - Persoonlijk budget van €700,- om te werken aan jouw vitaliteit, bijvoorbeeld voor je sportabonnement, fiets of thuiswerkmateriaal; - 27 vakantiedagen; Daarnaast bieden wij je ook nog: - Volop mogelijkheden om je te ontwikkelen.
