Resonans Resonans Onderwijs Een leerling loopt een Resonans-school van de toekomst binnen. Wat ziet deze leerling dat vandaag nog niet bestaat? Welke technologie ondersteunt het leren? Hoe werken collega's samen? En welke nieuwe mogelijkheden hebben we voor onze leerlingen gecreëerd? Bij Resonans geloven we dat de toekomst niet vanzelf ontstaat. Die ontwerpen we samen. Daarom starten we in januari 2027 met een innovatieteam van vijf collega's dat richting geeft aan de toekomst van ons onderwijs, onze organisatie en onze manier van werken. De opdracht Samen met vier collega's werk je aan de vraag hoe Resonans zich ontwikkelt richting de toekomst. Daarbij staan drie thema's centraal: onderwijs van de toekomst, technologie van de toekomst en medewerker van de toekomst. Je onderzoekt ontwikkelingen binnen en buiten het onderwijs, verkent nieuwe mogelijkheden en ontwikkelt een inspirerend toekomstbeeld voor Resonans. Ideeën vertaal je naar concrete experimenten, pilots en implementaties. Wat vragen we? Wie zoeken wij? Jij stelt nét die andere vraag en ziet mogelijkheden waar anderen obstakels zien. Je bent nieuwsgierig, analytisch en durft bestaande vanzelfsprekendheden ter discussie te stellen. Je legt verbanden, brengt mensen en ideeën bij elkaar en weet collega's mee te nemen. Maar bovenal: je blijft niet bij ideeën. Je zorgt dat er iets gebeurt. Wat bieden we? Wat bieden wij? - Een aanstelling van 0,1 wtf in het Innovatieteam Resonans 2027-2030. - Directe invloed op de toekomst van Resonans. - Ruimte om te onderzoeken en experimenteren. - Samenwerking met collega's uit verschillende scholen en disciplines. De inzet valt binnen je reguliere aanstelling en salarisschaal. Werk je minimaal 0,6 wtf, dan kan de 0,1 wtf binnen je dienstverband worden ingericht.
